Our B2B distribution network is highly curated to maintain brand prestige and ensure our clinical-grade formulations are presented in appropriate high-end environments.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Requirements To maintain our elite distribution standards and operational efficiency, Xenjura strictly enforces a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of $950 USD for all initial and recurring corporate setups. We offer three dedicated allocation tiers:

• Tier 1 (Foundation): $950 – $4,999
• Tier 2 (Growth): $5,000 – $19,999
• Tier 3 (Enterprise): $20,000+ (Eligible for regional exclusivity applications)

3. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Enforcement To protect the luxury positioning of the Xenjura brand, all approved wholesale partners must strictly adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Partners are prohibited from advertising our flagship products below the authorized retail price. Violations of the MAP policy will result in immediate termination of the wholesale contract and cessation of supply.

4. Application & Approval Process Prospective partners must submit their institutional parameters via our dedicated secure portal at https://xenjura.store/wholesale/ . Our corporate compliance department reviews all submissions within 24 operational hours. Approval is contingent upon verification of your business license, retail environment aesthetics, and distribution channels.

5. Brand Representation & Asset Usage Approved B2B partners will be granted access to the Xenjura digital asset library, including high-resolution imagery and clinical documentation. Partners must utilize these assets exactly as provided to maintain global brand consistency. Any alteration of Xenjura marketing materials requires prior written consent from our corporate board.
