4. Pricing & Transaction Refusal Xenjura reserves the right to modify the pricing of our premium skincare formulations without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order—whether retail or wholesale—if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized reselling without a B2B account, or a violation of our corporate policies.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xenjura and its corporate affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or digital platform.
